Comment on Contract Document

HI guys,
hope you have read the contract document.
All i could make out of it that it was too unbiased for us. It has not a single point giving us any relief. All points go against us, cant take leaves, will be punished for even unintensional problems accidently created by us.

When will The training Begin

Yaar truely i am getting bored and rusted without any work here. What are we supposed to do here 6 days a week 10 to 5 . It would have been better if company sends us on earn leave. That would be better. kyon ?????
